Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4
Beat together the margarine and sugar until very light and fluffy. Blend in the essences. Mix in the sifted flour and almonds.
Shape one tablespoon of dough into logs and bend into crescents. Place on a greased baking tray. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until light brown. While warm, roll the crescents in icing sugar. Cool on racks. Makes 3 dozen Cookies.
