Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4
Cream together the margarine, sugars, cornflour and vanilla. Beat well. Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture, blending well. Stir in the oats and raisins.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on a rack.
