Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5
Stir the sugars into the applesauce. Sift together the flour, baking power, salt and spices. Stir in to the applesauce misture. Add the oats and raisins. Mix well.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes. Cool slighly in the oven and place on wire rack to cool completely.
