Butter Shorties

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4

Rub the butter into the dry ingredients. Press and knead until a pliable dough is formed. Roll out. Using a 2 and ½ inch fluted cutter, cut about 18 biscuits. Place on baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, or until brown. Cool on a wire rack.
