Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4

Prepare the filling by boiling the ingredients together until thick, (approx. 10 minutes), in a small pan. Allow to cool. Meanwhile cream together the butter, sugar and sour cream. Sift together the flour and bicarb. Stir gradually in to the creamed mixture. Mix well.

Roll out the dough and cut into rounds. Place a teaspoon of the filling on each round and cover. Press around the edges with a fork to seal.

Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool.
