Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas mark 6
Cream together the margarine and the sugar. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Shape into a roll about 2 inches in diameter. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Cut the roll into 1/8 inch slices. Place on ungreased baking trays. Bake for 6-7 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
