Preheat the oven to 150C/300F/gas mark 2
Use a deep 20cm/8 inch round cake tin.
Line the cake tin with 2 sheets of paper. Cream the butter, cream cheese, rind and sugar in a small bowl until light and fluffy. Add the sour cream and mix well. Transfer the mixture to large bowl, stir in fruit and grape juice then the sifted flours in 2 lots. Spread the mixture into prepared tin. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours. Cover with foil and cool in the tin.
