Cookies with Nuts and Seeds

Almond Poppy Seed Cookies

Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5

Cream together the butter, sugar and sour cream. Sift in the dry ingredients. Mix well. Add the poppy seeds and essence.

Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking tray, leaving one inch gaps. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until brown. Cool on a wire rack.
