Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5
Cream together the margarine and sugar. Add the soya milk and vanilla. Mix together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt, oats, puffed rice and coconut, then add to creamed mixture.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking trays. Bake 10 minutes or until browned. Cool on a rack.
