Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4
In a large bowl, combine the oil, golden syrup/corn syrup, peanut butter and sour cream until well blended. Add the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Place tablespoonful of the mixture, spaced well apart, onto greased baking trays. Press each one down slightly with the back of a tablespoon. Bake in the preheated oven, for 15-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Makes about 24
