Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4
Cream together the butter, sugar and sour cream. Blend in the marmalade. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Blend well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool in the oven until firm and remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
