Eggless Drop Cookies

Cookies with Fresh and Preserved Fruit

Cherry Carob Chews

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4

Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the sifted flour and salt, then carob chips and milk, and mix thoroughly.

Drop teaspoons of the mixture onto a greased baking tray leaving enough space between each one. Flatten slightly with the back of a tablespoon. Bake for 25 minutes. Makes 35 cookies.
